Three Day Detox
During these three days we won’t have coffee, or drinks with caffeine.
You must only consume the food detailed below in the amount specified.
Day 1, 2 and 3
1 cup carrot juice mixed with 1 cup natural orange juice
10 strawberries or cherries
2 cups dtox soup
½ cup boiled quinoa with 1 small spoon olive oil and chopped parsley
1 tangerine, orange or grapefruit
[2 cups water, 1 small spoon goji berries , green tea, 2 slices ginger, 1 slice orange with skin, 1 gr red ginseng (you prepare an infusion with all the ingredients adding hot water, let it rest and consume cold or hot)]
Shake: 1 cup almond milk and 1 tablespoon bitter cocoa tea. Add stevia to sweeten.
Cut without cooking in strips or in salad. Season with 2 tablespoons vinegar of your choice.
2 cups dtox soup
½ cup boiled whole wheat rice with 1 teaspoon olive oil and parsley
[2 cups boiling water with 1 small spoon linden, 1 small spoon valerian, 1 small spoon lavender, some lemon drops. Sweeten with stevia if you want, free (you make an infusion mixing all these ingredients with hot water, let it rest and consume hot or cold)]
For three days! Super easy!
To be better organized, make the recipe we provide below. It will last 3 days. You can boil the rice and quinoa for 3 days. These will make everything easier.
For the quinoa
1 ½ cup quinoa
Wash quinoa thoroughly (3 times) and strain. The best is to put it in a fine strainer and wash under water. Cook quinoa with plenty of salted water. Strain and let cool.
The proportion is 1 measure of quinoa, 2 of water. You add them together when boiling starts cook for 1 minutes with the cover on. Put fire out and let rest for 10 more minutes.
For the rice
1 ½ whole wheat rice
Wash rice and boil with double its amount of water, cover it for 20 minutes. Then let rest covered for another 10 minutes.
For dtox soup
3 bod onions
1 green pepper
2 kg natural tomato mashed with no skin
5 celery branches
250 gr (3 cups chopped) cabbage or kale
Salt and pepper
Boil vegetables in 5 litres water, slow fire. Once cooked, if you want a creamy soup, blend vegetables and put cream aside in fridge. Consume hot or cold.
